With the continual drive to "go green" and use technology more often there are several communication tools that I am considering using with my parents as well as my students.For parents, I have used texting and emailing. I do however will like to start possibly using skype for more personal communicaion and google docs to share class information as a whole. I also think that starting a blog of our class activities is something I would like to start as well.
For my students, I have learned that they know about e-mail. That is one communication tool to use with them. It will allow for practice of spelling words, computer skills, and of course use of technology. A blog will be considered to use too so that they may comment on certain topics they learned and activities they liked or disliked.
