I have been considering setting up a group on facebook exclusively for students and parents for this school year. I see many parents that are on so I think they would be receptive. On this site, I could post parent notes, reminders things that I would normally put on my newsletter. Now I am considering having a blog instead. However, a possible obstacle is parents are not as familiar with blogging.
Just wanted to remind myself where I came from (ancient times) and how we have have changed with the use of technology.
